Carol Hollinger

Carol Hollinger serves as an adjunct college professor at Southeast Arkansas College, where she teaches medical coding. She has started her own business providing career coaching to help new medical coders overcome the challenge of gaining initial employment experience, and she offers e-books and digital assets in support of this work. Carol earned a double technical certificate in medical coding and medical office administration from Larshitaille Technical College, now known as A State in Malvern, Arkansas. She maintains membership in AHIMA, the American Health Information Management Association. In addition to her professional endeavors, Carol founded a nonprofit special needs cat sanctuary that assists low-income families with veterinary bills and pet food, supports other rescues, and provides education on proper pet care.
