What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep internal drive that began in childhood, when I often felt overshadowed by my sister. That experience made me determined to prove my own worth. It wasn’t until college that I truly discovered what I was capable of—and that’s when everything began to shift. Finding my voice and confidence in that environment helped me grow into the person I am today.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never stop learning all along the way and at every turn.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to follow your passions and give yourself permission to explore. You don’t need to have everything figured out right away. Trying different paths can lead you to unexpected opportunities and help you discover what truly excites and fulfills you. Let curiosity guide you—you’ll find your way.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Technology in the classroom and teachers embrace of AI, not just to do mundane tasks but to even craft their lesson plans and letters to parents.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I value doing what brings joy and a sense of purpose. While not every passion comes with immediate financial reward, the fulfillment it brings is invaluable. I believe that when your work aligns with what you love, the impact—and the success—naturally follow.
