Carol Lambeth is a dynamic and highly accomplished Master Seamstress and Fitter, renowned for her expertise in couture garment construction and exceptional attention to detail. With decades of experience spanning bridal, couture, and bespoke design, she has earned a reputation for precision, professionalism, and unmatched craftsmanship. Carol’s career reflects a commitment to excellence—from her early training at Stephens College, where she earned her BFA, to her extensive leadership roles in top-tier ateliers.
For 24 years, Carol owned and designed under her label, Carol Lambeth Couture, creating custom womenswear and accessories in Santa Monica. Her designs and sewing techniques have been published in multiple industry textbooks, including Claire Shaeffer’s Fabric Sewing Guide and Sew Any Fabric, cementing her influence in the field. She later brought her mastery to Galia Lahav as Manager of Atelier, leading teams, training staff, and elevating production standards at one of the world’s most prestigious bridal houses.
Carol currently serves as a Master Seamstress at House of Luxe Bridal Atelier in Miami’s Design District, where she continues to deliver impeccable craftsmanship and personalized service. Known for her organizational excellence and problem-solving skills, she has also produced fashion shows, most notably All For The Love And Passion, which raised over $7,000 for Pascale’s Pals, supporting women and children’s healthcare. With a career built on artistry, dedication, and a genuine love for her craft, Carol remains a respected and influential force in couture fashion and bridal design.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to years of hard work in the fashion industry, beginning the day I graduated with my design degree. My passion has allowed me to serve clients from celebrities to longtime customers whose lives I’ve dressed through every chapter—from wedding gowns to professional suits—and I’ve always taken pride in using my fashion shows to give back and support others.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to—as long as I work hard and never give up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to dream boldly and believe in your vision—when you trust your talent and commit to it, incredible things can happen, just as I discovered when I won first place in my college illustration fashion show.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is balancing a full-time role with running my own website, where I work hard to give every client the personalized attention and craftsmanship they deserve.

The values most important to me—both in my work and personal life—are providing excellent service, truly caring for the people I work with, and building relationships that turn clients into lifelong friends and returning customers.
