Carol D Mintz
I’m a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, 26-year breast cancer survivor, and someone who finds deep joy in supporting others — especially my wonderful elder care clients. Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned the power of natural wellness, emotional balance, and faith-filled resilience.
When I’m not sharing essential oils or helping others discover simple ways to feel their best, you’ll often find me creating art, tending to my garden, or finding inspiration in nature’s quiet beauty.
Each day, I’m grateful for the chance to encourage others — to help them breathe easier, live brighter, and embrace the gift of thriving naturally.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to faith, perseverance, and purpose. My journey as a breast cancer survivor, and doTERRA Wellness Advocate has taught me that true success isn’t just about achievement — it’s about growth, service, and gratitude.
Through every challenge, I’ve leaned on God’s strength, the power of natural wellness, and a deep desire to help others find hope and healing. My success comes from showing up each day with love, compassion, and a commitment to share what’s helped me thrive — body, mind, and spirit.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay true to your purpose and lead with your heart.
I was reminded that success isn’t about doing everything — it’s about doing the things that align with your values, faith, and passion for helping others. When you focus on serving people with genuine care and integrity, the rest falls into place naturally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To every young woman finding her way — believe in your worth and trust your journey.
Life won’t always go as planned, but every season, even the hard ones, shapes you into who you’re meant to be. Stay grounded in your faith, listen to your heart, and never lose sight of the beauty of becoming.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I see today is helping people understand that true wellness takes time and consistency. In a quick-fix world, natural healing can seem slow — but it creates lasting transformation.
The greatest opportunity lies in education and empowerment. More people than ever are seeking clean, faith-aligned, and holistic solutions for their health. Through my work as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, I’m honored to guide others toward balance — physically, emotionally, and spiritually
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are determination, faith, and will. At the same time, I also cherish spending time swimming on the lake, gardening, enjoying my essential oils, and being with my husband, grandchildren, and dog, Delilah.
