Ten minutes with Carol

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to always wanting to be the best that I can be, looking ahead, and helping people achieve what they want to achieve. I began my career at J&J as an admin straight out of high school, earned my master's degree while working and raising two children, and was promoted to Vice President levels. I'm now a certified executive coach and leadership team coach/consultant. Still continuing to help people achieve what they want to achieve.
