Carol Schaub

Carol Schaub has dedicated more than 40 years to Allegheny Mineral Corporation, where she serves as Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Remarkably, she began her career immediately after graduating from high school, starting work the Monday following graduation, and has remained committed to the organization ever since. Throughout her tenure, Carol has managed a wide range of responsibilities, including customer service, accounts receivable, invoice resolution, and overseeing processes from start to finish. Her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service have enabled her to build lasting business relationships over the course of her career.

Carol attributes her professional success to the values and strong work ethic instilled by her parents during her upbringing on a farm. She believes that integrity, dependability, and consistently doing one's best are essential qualities for achieving long-term success. She encourages young women entering the workforce to develop a strong work ethic and take pride in everything they do, noting that finding employees who truly value quality workmanship remains one of the industry's greatest challenges.

Outside of her professional career, Carol is deeply committed to her faith and community. She is actively involved in her church, where she teaches Sunday School and leads efforts to send care packages to deployed soldiers. While she is proud of her decades-long career and the professional relationships she has built, Carol considers her greatest accomplishment to be being a mother. She also treasures spending time with her seven grandchildren, whose lives and activities remain the center of her personal interests and bring her tremendous joy.
