01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Ask every question and embrace every criticism. When someone gives feedback, thank them because it means they engaged with your work and thought about it. Separate the personal from the professional - criticism means your work can be better, not that you are a terrible person. Toughen up and see the investment someone is making in helping you improve.
