About Carole
Carole Fiedler is a Life Settlement Broker based in California specializing in life insurance settlements and viatical settlements. As one of the first Viatical brokers in the nation, Carole worked closely with the regulators in California to educate them and help develop the rules and regulations around this life insurance settlement process.
In 1994 she was rewarded the first Viatical Settlement Broker License in the Country. after. She previously held a securities license and a life insurance license but relinquished the latter due to a perceived conflict of interest by the DOI at the time, though she later regained a life insurance license when regulations changed. Fiedler was awarded the Hammer of Justice from the San Francisco AIDS Referral Panel, an early AIDS organization. Outside of her professional work she volunteers to support animals, children, and people in need. She is an avid photographer, gardener, writer and “wannabe” artist.
