01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success first and foremost to God’s grace and guidance. My faith has given me strength, purpose, and perseverance through every season of my life. I am also deeply grateful for the love and sacrifices of my family, the mentors who have believed in me, and the opportunities I have had to pursue education and serve others. Ultimately, I believe success comes from remaining faithful to your calling, working diligently, and never allowing challenges to define your future.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to remain faithful to my calling rather than simply pursuing titles or positions. Opportunities may come and go, but integrity, hard work, and a genuine commitment to serving others will sustain you throughout every season. When you honor God, stay true to your values, and consistently give your best, the right doors will open at the right time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering public service and leadership is to know who you are, remain grounded in your values, and never underestimate your ability to make a difference. Prepare yourself, speak with confidence, and do not be discouraged when you are underestimated or face setbacks. Seek wise mentors, support other women, and remember that leadership is not about holding a title—it is about serving others with courage, integrity, and purpose.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest challenges in politics today is restoring trust in public institutions and ensuring that governmental power is never weaponized to silence, intimidate, or destroy those who challenge the status quo. I understand this challenge personally. I have experienced what it means to be tested publicly, politically, and personally—but I also learned that adversity does not have to defeat you; it can strengthen your faith, clarify your purpose, and deepen your resolve.
What was intended to silence me ultimately gave me a stronger voice and an even greater determination to stand for truth, due process, religious liberty, and equal justice under the law. I never backed down, and I emerged more prepared to serve than ever before. That is where I see the greatest opportunity in politics today: principled leaders can turn difficult experiences into meaningful service, restore confidence in government, and remind others that courage and truth will always have the power to overcome fear.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are faith, family, freedom, integrity, and service. My faith in God is the foundation of my life and guides the decisions I make, both personally and professionally. Family keeps me grounded and reminds me of the importance of leaving a meaningful legacy. I also believe deeply in protecting individual freedom, treating others with dignity, and leading with principle. Above all, I strive to use every opportunity I am given to serve others and make a positive, lasting difference.
