About Carolina

Carolina Arias serves as Senior Case Manager at Mott Law Firm, where she was brought in to build the personal injury department, establish infrastructure, assemble a team, and develop standard operating procedures to scale operations. With 15 years in the legal field, she started as a receptionist during her undergraduate studies in communication and public relations at Kennesaw State University while working in law firms. She advanced to legal assistant, paralegal, law clerk upon entering law school, and then to case manager and senior case manager, eventually overseeing the personal injury department. Arias earned her Juris Doctor and received the Justice League Award for her pro bono work. She also handles immigration cases, helping clients obtain bonds, green cards, and citizenship. Outside her role, she founded the United Voices Foundation, a nonprofit that supports immigrants in securing legal status and launching businesses to foster community integration and entrepreneurship.
