Her Interview
Ten minutes with Carolina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think it was to prove myself. To prove myself I was able to do everything I dreamed. I had the dream to do it. So even now, if I have, like, the craziest dream, I, like, I can do that. Who's going to say I can't?
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never think you're not capable to do something. It's just about time. Things take time, so just don't give up. Don't ever let somebody say you can't do it. Even my parents, for example, from my really small town, the first time I told my mom I was going to leave the town, she was laughing at me.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Respect and work ethic. Just be a hard worker. We bring from Brazil no money, just like courage and work ethic.
