Carolina grew up in Lima, Peru, and moved to the United States at the age of 19 to pursue higher education and new career opportunities. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and has built a successful career in banking over the past 10 years, developing extensive experience in client relations, financial services, and corporate operations. Her dedication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills have earned her a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable banking professional.
Last year, Carolina celebrated a significant personal milestone by getting married. She and her husband, a proud veteran, share a busy and fulfilling family life with their six children. This year marks an exciting new chapter in Carolina’s professional journey as she joins Heritage Hotels & Resorts as a Corporate Sales Manager. The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never stop learning and to remain consistent in everything I do. Continuous growth, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence have been key to my professional success and continue to shape the way I approach every new opportunity.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never stop learning, keep pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, and stay committed to your goals. Be driven, be persistent, and don’t be afraid to take on new challenges. Success comes from consistency, confidence, and the determination to keep moving forward, even when the path isn’t always easy.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field today is delivering high-quality, impactful solutions while working within clients’ budgets. It requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of each client’s priorities to find the right balance between value, quality, and cost. I see this challenge as an opportunity to build trust, think strategically, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations while maximizing the client’s investment.

The values that guide me most, both professionally and personally, are a strong work ethic, respect for others, and genuine appreciation. I believe in giving my best in everything I do, treating others with respect, and recognizing the contributions and efforts of those around me.
