Carolina Perez

I've been working in learning and development for about 7-8 years, which has been my primary professional focus. My career path has been diverse - I've worked for a digital marketing staffing agency doing corporate staffing, then moved into property management, and most recently I've been in hospitality for about 2-2.5 years. I earned my bachelor's degree in 2012, and I stay connected to my field through my membership in the Association of Talent Development. I'm excited about opportunities for external exposure and building my professional brand, as I continue to grow and make an impact in my industry.
