Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to God, whose guidance and strength have carried me through every challenge. I’m also deeply grateful for the unwavering love and support of my children, my family, and the people who truly care for me. Their encouragement has given me purpose, motivation, and the courage to keep moving forward even in difficult times.

My success also comes from perseverance, faith, and a genuine desire to keep growing. Every challenge I’ve faced, both personally and professionally, has taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about reaching goals; it’s about staying true to your values, showing up consistently, and leading with empathy.

Finally, I’ve been inspired by incredible women and mentors who have reminded me of the power of perseverance, community, and purpose. Each of them has played a role in shaping the woman and leader I am today, someone who believes true success comes through faith, love, resilience, and continuous growth.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best professional advice I've ever received is to never stop learning and to stay true to yourself, no matter where the path leads. Success isn't about perfection, but about progress, purpose, and the willingness to evolve. A mentor once told me, "Your mindset will open more doors than your resume. Try, seek growth, and the doors will open. Don't wait for it to happen; go out and make it happen." That message resonated with me.

I've learned that every experience, even the difficult ones, can teach you something valuable if you approach it with humility and curiosity. Staying open, adaptable, and firm in your values allows you to grow not only professionally but also as a person.

And most importantly, I've discovered that authenticity and empathy are strengths, not weaknesses. When you lead with your heart, people trust you, and that trust becomes the foundation of true leadership and long-term success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to trust the power of small, consistent steps. When I moved to the United States 13 years ago with limited English, I had to start from scratch, but choosing to grow a little each day changed everything.

Keep learning, always. Education doesn’t end with a degree; it’s a lifelong journey. Staying curious will keep you sharp, adaptable, and ready for new opportunities.

As a Latina woman in leadership, I’ve learned that your voice and your story matter; never silence them to fit in. Be patient, stay disciplined, and be kind to yourself along the way. Every small step counts, even when no one is watching.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field is balancing the rise of AI with the human connection that still drives meaningful results. In digital marketing and sales, technology evolves rapidly: algorithms shift, platforms transform, and client expectations grow every day.

Staying relevant requires continuous learning, something I now see as an essential part of my professional identity. My background in health science and psychology has taught me to approach change with curiosity and structure, allowing me to adapt not with fear, but with confidence, empathy, and flexibility.

Ultimately, I believe the future of business will belong to those who can blend innovation with authenticity, using technology to enhance, not replace, the human touch.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that define me—both professionally and personally are faith, integrity, resilience, and purpose. I believe in doing everything with intention and heart, trusting that God guides my path and gives me the strength to keep moving forward. Discipline keeps me grounded, but it’s empathy and authenticity that shape how I lead and connect with others.

I’ve learned that true growth comes from resilience and a willingness to keep learning, even when things don’t go as planned. Every stage of my career, from health sciences to marketing and leadership, has taught me that success is more meaningful when it’s shared. That’s why I value service and impact. Using my experience to help others grow, especially women and communities who need encouragement to believe in themselves and their purpose.

For me, living with purpose means aligning my work with my values, honoring my faith, leading with compassion, and leaving every space a little better than I found it.
