A graduate of Florida International University’s College of Business with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, Carolina also holds a background in international politics from American University. Her professional journey began unexpectedly in the legal field, where a mentor recognized her potential and guided her toward leadership roles. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in mentoring international employees, facilitating cross-cultural learning, and supporting professionals in bringing their expertise to the U.S. workforce. Her career reflects a strong commitment to both operational excellence and professional development for others.
Outside of her professional life, Carolina is an avid traveler and wellness enthusiast, with Italy holding a special place among her favorite destinations. She is deeply involved in advocacy and volunteer work for autism foundations, inspired by her 15-year-old daughter, and supports organizations such as Teach South Florida, Best Buddies, and Autism Speaks. Fluent in Spanish and enriched by experiences abroad—including an internship at the Embassy of Argentina and study in Italy—Carolina brings a global perspective to her work, combining cultural insight with practical leadership to empower teams and drive meaningful impact.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to not take things personally, to develop resilience, and to always give your best effort in everything you do.
