About Caroline
Caroline Ashley D'Souza is a professional in the aesthetics wellness industry based in Pompano Beach, Florida. She founded and runs a weight loss program within her aesthetics business that has grown to serve clients in over 20 states through fully multidisciplinary telemedicine consults. Her team includes doctors, personal trainers, nutritionists, and counselors to address both physical and mental aspects of wellness. D'Souza brings an aesthetics cosmetology background along with a nutrition certification and is currently completing her nursing degree. She leads daily operations through meetings with doctors and her sales team, strategy development, and coordination with compounding pharmacies. She attributes her success to being genuine and upfront with clients while maintaining a clear vision and purpose focused on transforming women's lives through integrity, honesty, and transparency.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being genuine and upfront with people, being very clear, and never hiding my intentions. I show people my vision and values, and I really believe in having a purpose behind my work. It's not just for the money, it's about transforming a woman's life and taking care of women, especially in a time when society is becoming very sick mentally.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be strong, put your helmet on, and you're able to do it. Everything shall pass.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is market saturation in the beauty industry with thousands of businesses doing the same thing, and finding how to stand out and offer something different. Opportunities come from creating your own by looking at the market to see what you can do differently that no one else can, and always having your eyes open to grasp them.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is my core value, including honesty, character, being truthful with people, transparent, clear, genuine, and never losing being genuine and truthful with people.
