About Caroline
Caroline Garner serves as a Team Lead Help Desk Technician in the information technology field, where she oversees customer service and trains incoming staff. Based in Chicago, she earned her degree as a public health major from Roanoke College after completing CNA training and gaining early work experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. During her time at Roanoke, Garner balanced multiple roles including marketing and media for campus activities, serving as a resident advisor, and participating in a sorority while excelling academically. She completed an internship redesigning the college's student health website and aspires to pursue a master's degree in epidemiology. Garner moved to Chicago to be closer to her sister and prioritizes family and charitable efforts, regularly volunteering at dog shelters and homeless shelters.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is definitely important. That's why I moved to Chicago to be with my sister. My mother growing up she got sick... my sister really stepped up... family and being charitable also. We always like to give back.
