Caroline Lawson is the owner of Buffalo MultiFit LLC and Condor Five Golf, specializing in personalized, results-driven fitness and wellness solutions. As a Titleist Professional Institute-certified golf fitness professional, she brings a unique expertise to athletes and clients seeking tailored strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation programs. Her boutique studio in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area offers a variety of in-studio classes, including Pilates Reformer and Body Sculpt, while also providing in-home training for clients who require individualized attention. Originally trained as a graphic designer with a bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University, Caroline transitioned to the fitness industry after earning her personal training certifications. Over the past 19 years, she has built a reputation for her ethical, family-focused approach to health and fitness. Caroline works with clients across the lifespan—from teenage athletes to older adults and individuals managing conditions such as MS or Alzheimer’s—emphasizing persistence, strong work ethic, and hands-on support to help each client achieve their goals. Throughout her career, Caroline has been recognized for her dedication and excellence in the fitness community. She was named Personal Trainer of the Year by Buffalo Spree and has successfully grown Buffalo MultiFit into a thriving boutique studio over 18 years, recently expanding the facility by 2,500 square feet. Her professional focus combines wellness coaching, personal training, and specialized golf fitness, reflecting her commitment to helping clients improve not only their physical performance but also their overall well-being.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to determination and a strong work ethic to my parents. I believe in consistently putting in the effort, staying focused, and pushing through challenges to achieve my goals.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that nothing worth achieving comes easy. There will be sleepless nights and challenges, but you have to push through them and stay committed to your goals.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering my industry to expect challenges and know that it won’t always be easy. Be confident, stay organized, work hard, and push through even the sleepless nights. I credit much of my persistence and strong work ethic to the example set by my parents.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is the rise of boutique gyms, which has increased competition. At the same time, there’s a significant opportunity as more people are prioritizing their health and wellness, creating greater demand for quality fitness services.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity and family. I believe in conducting business ethically and maintaining strong, meaningful relationships with the people I care about.
