About Caroline
She is a financial analyst with experience in financial modeling, higher education financial management, budgeting, analysis, and long-term business support. She currently works as a Financial Analyst at Southern New Hampshire University. Previously, she spent 15 years as a Financial Analyst at BAE Systems before taking a career break for full-time parenting. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would give them the advice to stay true to themselves... chase the dream, not the money... Get your education in while you're early. Do it now, don't wait till later
