She currently serves as Associate Vice President of Social and Influencer at French/West/Vaughan, where she leads accounts in verticals including Western lifestyle, spirits, fashion, and sports & entertainment.

Before joining FWV, Caroline built an impressive career in Los Angeles, working with top entertainment brands and celebrities. During her time with Hulu, she contributed to campaigns for acclaimed projects like Tell Me Lies, Threads, and Conan O’Brien. One of her proudest career moments includes collaborating with Tom Selleck, a claim to fame that highlights her unique journey through Hollywood’s creative landscape.

Her expertise spans social media strategy, influencer partnerships, digital storytelling, and brand engagement, having produced and executed campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. She also channels her creativity into entrepreneurship as the founder of Limited Series Candles — a company dedicated to crafting natural, hand-poured candles available online at limitedseriescandles.com.

Caroline earned her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Flagler College, a foundation that continues to shape her authentic and narrative-driven approach to brand communication. What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was about letting doors close and open. You never truly know why one door closes—it could be because something even greater is waiting on the other side.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to invest time and energy in your career and to bring your own uniqueness to share with the world. Have compassion for others, and stay passionate about your career choices—it’s that authenticity that will set you apart.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the industry right now is AI. It’s changing how we work, create, and communicate, and while it can be intimidating, I see it as an opportunity to evolve and push creativity even further.

Now based in Raleigh, North Carolina, I enjoy the vibrant local community, exploring farmers markets, and traveling whenever I can.
