Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to invest in mentors, sponsors, and coaches who can guide and challenge you. Focus on developing strong negotiation and servant-leadership skills, and value people for their capabilities rather than their pedigree. Most importantly, always advocate for yourself and for others—your voice and influence matter.
