Carolyn Hayden Garnet

I have a background in accounting, and received my passion in accounting, and that led me to become a director payroll. My very first job in the payroll leadership field was the payroll director. I became a director at a very young age. I lead one of the largest companies in the world and scale about 70-plus countries. My day involves meeting with leaders as it relates to technology, setting strategy for the payroll team, servicing, making sure that we're getting the right contracts in for our vendors, mentoring and coaching, and going into an organization and fixing things that have systematically been broke with systems and new processes and tools.
