Her Story

About Carolyn

Carolyn Moore is a seasoned human resources executive, entrepreneur, and executive advisor with nearly three decades of experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and leadership challenges. Throughout her career, she has held senior HR leadership roles with global organizations and high-growth technology companies, including Gap, Nestlé, Sun Microsystems, and Auth0. Today, she is the founder of CultureFluence Consulting, where she serves as a fractional and interim Chief People Officer, partnering with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to align people strategy, organizational design, culture, change management, and responsible AI adoption with business objectives.

In addition to her consulting practice, Moore is the founder of More to Pour, a wine education and experiential events company that blends her passion for wine with her expertise in leadership development and facilitation. A trained sommelier and wine educator, she creates curated wine experiences that foster meaningful conversations around leadership, executive coaching, networking, organizational change, and innovation. Her fascination with wine began after transitioning from a science background, leading her to explore the discipline through its unique combination of science, culture, and artistry while traveling extensively to renowned wine regions throughout the world.

Moore's leadership philosophy centers on balancing business success with genuine care for people, believing that effective human resources strategy is fundamental to achieving organizational performance. She is a strong advocate for HR taking a leading role in AI implementation, ensuring technology enhances rather than diminishes the human experience at work. Guided by the enduring advice of mentor Rich Stiller that "every job is a bridge job," she has embraced opportunities that shaped her career from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship. Through consulting, coaching, mentorship, and her business ventures, Moore remains committed to helping leaders, organizations, and individuals realize their full potential while building resilient, people-centered workplaces.
