About Carolyn
Carolyn Rinaldi is an experienced transportation and operations leader with a strong background in management, human resources, compliance, and union leadership. She currently serves as Vice President of ATU Local 1181, following three years as Chief of Staff, and previously held general management roles overseeing large transportation operations and more than 200 drivers. Her earlier experience includes managing HR and compliance for 2,000+ employees across multiple divisions, improving operational processes, negotiating contracts, and developing workforce and talent strategies. She also has startup experience as General Manager at Empower and holds an AAS in Business Administration and Marketing from Katharine Gibbs School.
