Their journey took a meaningful turn when they served as the Executive Director of the Footprints in the Sand Foundation, a vital 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that made a significant impact in Bergen and Rockland Counties by providing crucial financial support to children and their families. Since joining Marquis in 2014, they have leveraged their extensive social services background to bring a unique and empathetic perspective to employee relations.
