Her Story

About Casey

Casey Mulligan has spent nearly seven years building her career at a single SaaS company specializing in tech and PR communications software. She started in sales, which provided foundational training and skills, before transitioning into revenue operations. In her current role, Mulligan supports global operations across EMEA and other regions, focusing on unifying sales forces following acquisitions, administering sales platforms and processes, and collaborating with SVPs, VPs, the C-suite, customer support, and marketing teams on projects that include CRM consolidation and AI strategy development. She led the company's entire sales operations tech stack through a major consolidation project for six months without a director. Mulligan earned her undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA in business administration with a concentration in finance, all from the University of New Mexico. She also holds sales certifications through MedPick and a product owner certification. A finalist for President's Club recognizing top sales performers, Mulligan attributes her success to investing in people, building networks, treating stakeholders well, and hard work instilled by her military grandparents. She volunteers regularly with her church at Prince of Peace.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Casey

01What do you attribute your success to?

I really believe in people and building that network. Investing in them. I think it's the one thing that will never diminish in value for investment, is the way you treat people. I make sure to remember my stakeholders and everyone that's helped me along the way. Hard work. I was raised by two military grandparents' families. They always taught me there's no free lunch.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Everyone is moving so fast with AI. I've seen a lack of future forecasting on strategy. Everyone needs to just slow down a little bit. There needs to be a vision. Companies are getting caught up in the noise.
