01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice that I've ever received is that you can always push yourself to do something better, and you can always learn to do something new that can be out of your comfort zone, or something that is a little bit uncomfortable for you, but you can still kind of be like, okay, you know, I have that strive, I have that mentality to, you know, push forward, be able to tell myself, hey, you know, I don't know this area or this department, but at least I can learn from it, and then have that as a, you know, achievable goal for myself.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't be discouraged about being a male source. Always advocate for how you feel, and that women should also have that equal opportunity to build their career instead of having the housewife kind of stereotypical situation where they're just stuck at home with the kids. Find ways to do a hobby, or being able to go out there and do activities for yourself, or activities with your kids, or find something that you like to learn to do for yourself, in order for you to feel more achievable for yourself.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In my personal life and values for myself, is what I always tell myself, is that you are good enough, you are something that you can do, there's something that can be something for you. And there can be ways to motivate yourself. Even if you feel down, or you're in like anxiety, you're overthinking, it's okay to feel those emotions, but it's always good to push yourself, even if you feel like you're not doing enough, there's always something that you can do.
