Her background also includes experience in sales, customer service, manufacturing, and event-related activities, giving her a diverse range of professional experiences.

Bourget has been developing her life story into a book for many years, drawing inspiration from the significant challenges and experiences that have shaped her journey. She grew up on a dairy farm and has overcome serious health challenges, including a traumatic brain injury, a pancreas transplant, cancer, and Type 1 diabetes. These experiences have strengthened her determination and inspired her to share her story with others through writing.

In addition to pursuing her writing career, Bourget has been involved in volunteer work with America Needs Fatima, participating in rosary rallies, recruiting volunteers, and performing readings at churches. She describes herself as detail-oriented, organized, and positive, while emphasizing the importance of faith, family, moral values, and perseverance. Through her writing and community involvement, Bourget hopes to transform her experiences into a meaningful story that can inspire others facing adversity.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to determination, strong family and moral values, and resilience. After surviving a traumatic brain injury, a pancreas transplant, cancer, and Type 1 diabetes, I continue to move forward with purpose and gratitude. Today, I’m still here, sharing my story through my book.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself and know that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. Success depends on your determination, perseverance, and willingness to keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My religious and traditional values are very important to me. I believe in learning from history so we can avoid repeating its mistakes and build a better future.
