Cassandra Corona

Cassandra Corona is a consultant based in Boston specializing in organizational psychology, talent management, leadership development, and organizational development. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Suffolk University and her master's degree in organizational psychology with a concentration in talent management from William James College of Psychology in 2021. She is certified in the OCAI framework, a culture assessment tool based on competing values. After 16 years in hospitality and sales, she transitioned into consulting by founding Core Consulting Group, operating as Leadership with Cassie, approximately six years ago. She also founded Women of Influence Boston in 2021, a community connecting women to resources and support. Cassandra volunteers with the nonprofit Bay State IO, supporting organizational psychology professionals, and previously volunteered for about one and a half years with Hope on prisoner reintegration efforts.
