Cassandra Felton

Cassandra Baldridge serves as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with Texas Workforce, a position she has held for nearly six years. In this role, she helps clients identify barriers to employment such as communication challenges and provides resources including interpreters, education funding, hearing aids, and job placement support. Baldridge draws from nine years of professional experience, having previously worked as a job placement specialist for three years after moving to Texas from Colorado. She earned her master's degree from UNT and maintains active involvement in an Honor Society chapter while planning greater engagement with the Texas Association for the Deaf to advocate for deaf and hard of hearing rights through education and ADA-related efforts. Baldridge has received a recognition award for her work and finds particular fulfillment in cases where she enables individuals facing significant obstacles to secure stable employment and housing.
