About Cassandra
Cassandra Patterson has been working in the healthcare field since 2011. She began her career in a support role for the legal department of a major healthcare diagnostics company, focusing on intellectual property. While in that role, she earned her master's degree in mental health and also worked in mental health at a neighborhood clinic. Her career progressed through infection control, where her data-driven skills were key, and then into OBGYN department administration, involving project management, program management, training and development, organization, and data management. She now serves as a program manager for a professional development program for clinicians and physicians. Her responsibilities include stakeholder management, overseeing all aspects of the program such as materials, marketing, scheduling, data management, and outreach to C-suite executives. She emphasizes sustainability through adult learning methodology, developing metrics and initiatives like mini videos and courses to reinforce learning and combat the forgetting curve. In addition to her healthcare role, Cassandra runs her own consulting and business coaching business.
