Ten minutes with Cassandra
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family, especially my dad, whose hard work and dedication to providing for my sister and me taught me the value of perseverance. His commitment to putting us through college, despite having limited resources, continues to inspire and motivate me.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple: don’t give up. Persistence and resilience can help you overcome challenges and keep moving forward.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this field to keep striving, stay determined, and never give up. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve your goals.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One major opportunity is using social media to help companies strengthen their branding and connect with younger audiences. A key challenge is working in a male-dominated field, where young women may face resistance or have to work harder to be taken seriously and have their ideas respected.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are family, honesty, and building strong, meaningful relationships. These principles guide how I approach both my work and personal life.
