Her Story
About Cassandra
I have been with AAA/ACG for over 5 years, where I serve on the Employee Resources Group (ERG) leadership team. My greatest passion is working with youth and young professionals, specifically those between the ages of 14 and 25. I'm dedicated to helping this age group through training, development, and learning opportunities. I facilitate career workshops through the YWCA Women in Transition (WITH) program, and it's truly a joy for me to help people who need development in the career space. I'm focused on strengthening my brand as a career coach and career professional, and I hope to reach organizations and people who already have access to young people and want to enhance their training and development. I'm a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a certified Toastmaster, and I'm all about strengthening the family and helping people develop their careers.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I'm all about strengthening the family - that's at the core of what I do. In my community work, I'm always planning and helping to do something in the neighborhood, hoping to reach families. I'm passionate about working with youth and young professionals between the ages of 14 and 25, and I want to help organizations that already have access to that group enhance their training and development. It's a joy for me to facilitate workshops and help people who need development in the career space. I also value spending time with family whenever I can, because we're always working, so that time is precious. Meeting new people and continuing to learn through classes and workshops is important to me, as I'm always trying to pique my interest in other areas and grow.
