01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my willingness to learn the insurance industry from the ground up, earning my life and health insurance license, and building strong relationships as a business development partner by truly understanding the needs of the agents and agencies I serve.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t give up or let discouragement take hold—being a woman in a heavily male-dominated field is challenging, but you absolutely belong here, and your perspective is a strength, not a limitation.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is working in a heavily male-dominated environment where I’m often the only woman in my role, which pushes me to lead with confidence and help pave the way for more women to follow.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are integrity, growth, and accountability—striving for excellence in my work, as reflected in being named top sales specialist at Spring Venture Group in 2023, while staying focused on helping insurance agencies grow through innovative inbound solutions.
