Her Interview

Ten minutes with Cassie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to never giving up, always striving to improve, and committing to continuous growth. I believe it is important to keep learning and challenging myself because growth never stops, regardless of age. Remaining focused on becoming better each day has been the foundation of my professional journey.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever been given is: don’t wait for someone to give you permission to be successful. If you see an opportunity, go after it. If you don’t know something, learn it. And if someone tells you that you can’t do something, let that motivate you rather than define you

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women to learn everything they possibly can about the telecommunications industry. Spend time at installations and surveys, talk with installers and experienced representatives, and ask questions whenever you have the opportunity. Don't allow yourself to be intimidated—treat everyone as people first, build relationships, and continue expanding your knowledge. The more you learn, the more confident and successful you will become.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunity I see is helping businesses realize that technology isn’t just an expense—it can actually be a competitive advantage. The challenge is earning enough trust to have that conversation. That’s where I really enjoy what I do. I’m not interested in selling someone something they don’t need. I want to understand their business, find the problem, and help solve it.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value authenticity, kindness, and patience. I believe in being the same person in every situation and treating others with genuine respect and compassion. Patience goes a long way, both professionally and personally, and I strive to build lasting relationships by being honest, approachable, and true to who I am.
