03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to choose a career they are genuinely passionate about—one that brings them happiness, purpose, and fulfillment. Pursuing work that aligns with your values and interests can lead to greater long-term success and satisfaction.

The values most important to me in both my professional and personal life are a strong work ethic and accountability.
