Using tools like Asana, Trainual, and DiSC®, I help practices optimize processes, onboard staff efficiently, and empower their teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

I’m also the host of The Bloom Effect podcast, where I sit down with orthodontic leaders to discuss the realities of leadership, team dynamics, and workplace growth.

In addition, I co-founded The Ortho Society, a hands-on workshop for practice leaders ready to implement practical operational systems, AI integrations, and leadership scorecards. My mission is simple: help orthodontic teams flourish so practices succeed.
