Her Interview
Ten minutes with Cassie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work and setting achievable goals with the right path. The majority of it I attribute to my family and their sacrifices that allow me to do what I do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Choose a leadership role you can value and allow others to value the same. Be the same person in all environments. Be yourself, adapt and change but not change who you are internally. Wherever you are put, grow and make it worthwhile.
