About Cassie
She is a human resources leader with experience in employee relations, recruiting, compliance, workforce planning, workplace investigations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. She currently serves as Human Resources Director at Hyosung North America, where she partners with executive leadership on HR strategy, employment law compliance, employee engagement, and risk mitigation. Previously, she held HR, recruiting, and regional recruitment leadership roles at Hyosung, GardaWorld, and United American Security. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Criminal Law from Purdue Global Law School.
