Focus on what you can control: your effort, attitude, and how you show up and let go of what you can't. It's hard, but it shapes your mindset.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from North Dakota State University, and she continues to build her leadership capabilities through a completed leadership program offered by a local non-profit organization. What sets Cassie apart as a leader is not a title or a metric, but the impact she has on the people she manages. She points to a moment when a team member credited her mentorship as the reason they chose to stay with the company as one of the proudest highlights of her career. Guided by integrity, responsibility, and a strong sense of accountability, she is committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported. Her Interview
Ten minutes with Cassie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, consistency, integrity, and responsibility. I've always tried to stay focused on my goals, even when outside distractions or opinions could easily pull my attention away. My career growth has come from being willing to learn, take on more responsibility, and keep moving forward, even during the moments when progress felt slow. I truly believe that consistent effort eventually produces results.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to keep moving forward, work hard, and not let outside noise distract you from your goals. Career growth doesn't always happen right away, and there will be times when things feel slower than you'd like, but consistency is what matters most. My own path, from customer service into management, is proof that sustained effort, responsibility, and a willingness to grow can open doors over time. Stay focused, and trust that the work you're putting in will pay off.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I see streamlining processes across departments as one of the biggest opportunities in my field. Sales support doesn't operate in isolation. It depends heavily on communication and coordination between sales, customer service, operations, leadership, and other areas of the organization. When processes become fragmented between departments, both employees and customers feel the impact. I'm always looking for ways to build stronger cross-functional systems that cut down on unnecessary steps, improve communication, and help teams work together more efficiently.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and responsibility are the two values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally. I believe people should be accountable for their actions, follow through on their commitments, and handle their responsibilities honestly. These values shape how I lead as well. I want the people on my team to know they can trust me, and I encourage them to take ownership of their own roles and their professional growth.
