Her Interview

Ten minutes with Catharine

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience and perseverance. As the sole provider for my daughter, I rebuilt my life from nothing after leaving a domestic violence situation, and today I’m proud to be a homeowner and a positive role model for her.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that a smile goes a long way. Kindness can brighten someone’s day, and I strive to be a positive presence wherever I go because even the smallest gesture can make a meaningful difference.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take initiative from the very beginning. Showing enthusiasm, being proactive, and demonstrating a willingness to learn during onboarding and beyond will help you stand out and create opportunities for growth.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Growth and integrity are the values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life. This year, I’ve made personal and professional growth my top priority while remaining true to my principles.
