Her Interview
Ten minutes with Catherine
01What do you attribute your success to?
Motivation and desire are big keys, and anyone reaching the top has to pay their dues. You don't just become successful, you have to take the steps necessary to get to those different plateaus. Nobody leaves without paying their dues. That's my mantra.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Follow your instincts, follow your gut. If it's something that you get into, and you're interested in it, and you know that you can make a difference, go along that route.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Follow your instincts and gut. Women have had to fight, but I always thought I need to take care of myself so I didn't have to depend on anyone. Raise your daughter the same way.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Truth and honesty. If you can gain respect for who you are, the real genuine person, that's the best quality. Honesty goes along with that.
