With over 20 years of experience spanning B2B SaaS technology, services, and life sciences, she has built and led high-performing marketing organizations from the ground up, driving significant pipeline contribution and year-over-year lead growth. Currently, Catherine is the founder of Clickpoint GTM, a consultancy designed to help founders and business leaders move beyond founder-led selling. Leveraging the GTM OS Framework, she partners with SaaS and services companies to refine messaging, develop repeatable go-to-market strategies, and implement systems that convert momentum into measurable revenue. Her services include GTM assessment workshops, messaging and positioning deep dives, roadmap planning, and fractional marketing leadership—all aimed at building sustainable growth engines for her clients.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Catherine is a wife, mother, and active community member, leading fundraising initiatives for her daughter’s school. She is a fitness enthusiast with a “try anything once” mindset, an avid reader, and a lifelong learner. I attribute my success to taking initiative to accomplish tasks, maintaining strong self-confidence, staying highly motivated, and continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not let perfection get in the way of progress, to strive to be the best version of myself every day, and to focus on making a meaningful difference.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to always stay goal-oriented, trust in their abilities, not be intimidated by others, and take pride in the work they do.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities in my field right now are helping B2B leaders overcome the obstacles that stall growth by leveraging proven sales and marketing frameworks, and expanding reach by connecting with more individuals and businesses to create greater impact.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are kindness and respect toward others, embracing challenges, and maintaining motivation. My special interests include traveling, fitness, dining out, and reading.
