About Catherine
Catherine Collier serves as Director of Operations at A Plus Land Management LLC, where she plays a hands-on role in supporting the company’s day-to-day operations and continued growth. Catherine’s professional journey has been shaped by adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University, she built experience in the banking industry, progressing from a bank teller to a banker during more than four years with Huntington National Bank. She later transitioned into land management, bringing her analytical and people-focused background into a role that allows her to develop new ideas, support customers, and contribute creatively to the business. Catherine credits her success to perseverance, an open mind, and a willingness to practice and learn new skills every day.
Honesty, good communication, and a strong work ethic are central to Catherine’s approach to both work and life. She believes in being patient, considering all sides of a situation, and asking for help when needed rather than taking unnecessary risks. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her two coonhounds, gardening and growing flowers, reading, kayaking, exploring the outdoors, and practicing trapeze yoga. Her varied interests reflect the same curiosity and openness to learning that have guided her professional journey.
