Her Interview

Ten minutes with Catherine

01What do you attribute your success to?

Hard work and resiliency. I have a lot of self-awareness and have had to push through mental barriers. I am always learning and evolving, staying grounded but being flexible and open to how the environment flows and responding to that instead of reacting to it.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

With how fast everything comes at us and the pressure to do things yesterday, take a deep breath and slow down. You're probably right where you need to be. If you're feeling overwhelmed and frantic, it's okay to pause and take a beat and reset on what really is important and eliminate the noise and the stuff that really doesn't matter based on your objective.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI has thrown a wrench in the quality of digital marketing. The market is flooded with options and noise, even using AI for lead gen. I've gone back to face-to-face interactions and going to events here in Atlanta because a lot of us miss the human connection.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Humanity and human connection. It's always a person on the other side wanting the service or products that we're pushing. We're talking to each other.
