Catherine H. Swanberg

She is a dedicated database management, ministry coordination, and administrative professional with over two decades of experience in data management, ministry leadership, and HR operations across nonprofit, educational, and corporate settings. Currently serving as Database Manager at Community Christian Church, Ft. Lauderdale, she spearheads end-to-end data lifecycle management, creates dynamic dashboards and reports on congregant engagement and financial trends, trains staff and volunteers, and ensures compliance with data governance policies. She also serves as Women's Ministry Coordinator, overseeing volunteer support, Bible study coordination, event planning, and communications. Prior to these roles, she served as Bursar at UNAD Florida, where she oversaw accounts payable/receivable and payroll, and as Office Manager and HR Consultant at various organizations. She holds a B.A. in Social Communication from Universidad Casa Grande and has earned a Bookkeeping Certification. She is recognized as a strategic, detail-oriented, and mission-driven leader who combines strong technical, organizational, and relational skills to support ministry operations and community impact.
