Cathleen Ricchiuti

Cathleen Ricchiuti is a sales support manager with nearly 25 years of experience in the recycling and waste management industry. She began her career at a CVS pharmacy before taking a receptionist position at a local garbage company, where she advanced to sales manager over a 10-year period. After the company underwent buyouts, including by Republic Services, she joined Bayshore, a female-owned recycling company recognized as one of the largest in the nation that operates like a small family business. She started at Bayshore as a salesperson and has worked her way up to sales support manager over the past 14 years. In her role, she handles incoming calls, scheduling, work orders, and serves as a liaison between the scale house, dispatch, and customers, managing contracts and various operational issues. Cathleen holds a high school education and actively volunteers with the Women's Auxiliary at the VFW and American Legion, Rescue Ridge, Clean Ocean Action, and the breast cancer walk.
