01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say first off be open-minded. A lot of times I do see in the professional world like women have the same opportunities as men. You just have to strive for what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it. The technology and software industry is very encouraging for people to grow as well. For example my first promotion at Salesforce my manager who is a male boss was very supporting of my promotion. As a younger woman don't be afraid to strive for what you want and I think eventually you will get there.
