About Cayla
Cayla Stone is a recruiting, relationship development, executive support, caregiving, wellness, yoga instruction, and customer support professional. With approximately 10 years of experience helping individuals and businesses through personal and business support, often referred to as life support, she has recently focused on the mortgage industry. In her current role as Recruiting and Relationship Development Consultant and operational support assistant with iServe Residential Lending, Cayla assists with the expansion of the Florida branch through relationship support, networking, event coordination, scheduling, and operational updates. She also provides executive support to the founder on licensing, expansion efforts, and personal endeavors. Her diverse background includes studying yoga and meditation overseas in India, end-of-life caregiving for families, work in the fitness industry, and prior experience in the tech industry. Cayla is currently pursuing her loan officer license while maintaining involvement in professional organizations such as FAMP and RISE, Women in the Mortgage Industry. She is a former registrant with Yoga Alliance and attributes her success to learning from those around her and surrounding herself with people who encourage growth.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say to learn and study the people around me, those that I work for and those that I work with. And to surround yourself around people that encourage growth and not comfort, because that's how you get ahead, is by being around people who know more and have more experience than you.
