Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to perseverance, purpose, and the support of those around me. Earning my doctorate in 2018 while raising a family and working full-time remains one of my proudest accomplishments. What truly fuels me, though, is the joy of helping students believe in themselves and chart their own paths to make a meaningful impact in the world.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I deeply value integrity, lifelong learning, and meaningful connection. I believe in showing up with authenticity, staying curious, and investing in the growth of others. Whether I’m supporting students or spending time with my grandchildren, I’m driven by a commitment to nurture, empower, and leave things better than I found them.
